3. Please note that when contacting support for a replacement, the store has the right to request a video of the purchase (for ANY product), since it is not always possible to identify a problem with the product itself, for example (coupons). 4. For an ill-considered purchase, only the BUYER is responsible . Refunds or replacement of goods for similar ones with some additional criteria are NOT POSSIBLE! It is better to clarify all questions that arise before purchasing with the store SUPPORT .
5. When purchasing a product, the Buyer deliberately understands the fact that he knows how to work with it, the store is not a supplier of these products and the store employees do not provide training on how to use the product, therefore we will NOT be able to teach/fully consult the buyer on how to use the product.
6. If you can log into your account via a computer and it is working, but on another device/browser/software, etc., login is limited or impossible for certain reasons, then this is NOT a reason for returning/replacing the product, unless the product is intended exclusively for a specific device.
7. After purchasing the product, change the data on it (login/password/mail, etc.) to avoid accidental logins from third parties, with the EXCEPTION of clause 9.1

9. If the buyer has made any changes to the purchased product and then applied for a return/replacement of the product, the Buyer may be denied this due to the data entered in the account.
10. After receiving the goods, the BUYER undertakes to keep the goods with HIMSELF , with the possibility of further use, the store is NOT a storage facility for the purchased goods.
10.1 If the store has issued a replacement product, the buyer undertakes to keep this account with HIMSELF, the store is NOT a storage facility for the purchased goods.
11. The store does NOT compensate the buyer for funds/additional services/accounts, etc. that were spent on purchasing additional services for using the product.
12. The warranty for the product begins from the moment of receipt of the product, if the buyer did not have the skills to use the product at the time of purchase, this will not delay the warranty period for the product. p.6
13. The buyer undertakes to provide as much information as possible in the event of any problems with the purchased product.
14. It is prohibited to leave a message WITHOUT order details immediately after purchase, and then send the order number/list of invalid items after the warranty period has expired.
15. The buyer will NOT be able to receive a replacement/refund for accounts that he/she has already used and then applied for a replacement/refund of the product.
16. Buyer is prohibited from using accounts for which a refund or replacement has been issued.
17. Regardless of whether the store support is online or not, an order request must be made immediately upon discovering a problem, otherwise you will lose the warranty on the order.
18. Withdrawal of funds from the Personal Account balance is not possible.
